SOLAS is currently recruiting a permanent Strategic HR Partner for People and Change.
SOLAS is an agency of the Department of Education and Skills (DES). It works in close collaboration with Education and Training Boards (ETBs) in the provision of high-quality further education and training, equipping learners with relevant skills and knowledge, providing a pipeline of talent into employment and to the Irish economy and society. Working with partner agencies of the Department of Education and Skills, SOLAS leads actions in key policy and strategy documents including the Progressive Review of Further Education & Training Strategy 2014 – 2019 and the upcoming Further Education and Training Strategy 2020 – 2024, the evaluation of the National Youthreach Programmes (2019), amongst others.
Reporting directly to the Director of Organisational Development and Support, the Strategic HR Partner for People and Change, as an enabler of change, will assist in establishing sustainable organisational effectiveness by ensuring that SOLAS has a highly performing, engaged and enthusiastic workforce, committed to progressing a culture of trust, respect, innovation and delivery.
This is a permanent position for which the salary scale ranges from €61,203 to €77,132 per annum (inclusive of two long service increments) for a 37 hour week. Starting pay will be at the minimum point of the scale as per Government Circular E100/8/82. Exceptional circumstances may apply for candidates with current service in the Civil/Public Service.
This position will be based in SOLAS' offices at Castleforbes Road, Dublin 1.
